International Youth Day is considered by the United Nations as one of the tools to advocate for the youth all over the world regarding the issues they encounter in their distincts. Since Ubuntu-Mobilizing Central Alberta was founded, the Ubuntu Youth Council has been celebrating International Youth Day to create awareness and to give voices to the youth of Central Alberta.
